1 - Summary

This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and protected by us, KËRKO DOKTOR. By using our service (on the website, web application or mobile applications), you agree that you understand this policy, so please read it carefully. We may modify the content of this document / page and the agreement will be effective immediately.

2 - Predefined information we collect

When you access our website, our servers automatically store your public IP address (at the time of browsing) without setting. The following information is associated with the public IP address:

1. Your location (State and possibly city);
2. Internet service provider;
3. Number of visits in general;

Without limitation, together with the public IP address we collect:

1. Information about your device;
2. Browser type;
3. Operating system;

This is necessary for a normal, optimized and safe operation. Apart from the state, the above information is not structured or organized, but is stored (undefined) to be used by the IT department only to follow up on cases of cyber attacks.

3 - Anonymous visit

Users can visit our site anonymously, without the need to create an account. Even anonymously we collect the information mentioned above (Public IP, Browser, Operating System, etc.).

4 - Contact form and support center

To use our contact form you may be asked to enter your name, email, message and (optionally) your phone number. These details are stored in our system and can only be viewed by staff authorized to proceed with your request. This information will only be used when reviewing your request. When the case/request is resolved, this information will be deleted (7 days after the case is resolved).

5 - Account

When you register an account on our website, you may be asked to enter your username, email address and password, as appropriate.

Avatar and username may be public, so please choose them carefully.

Name, surname, e-mail, address, phone number, company name, company VAT will not be published/shared and will be used for internal purposes only.

Passwords are stored in encrypted form which cannot be returned to the original form. We always compare encrypted passwords to check for successful login.

The password reset procedure creates a new temporary (random) password. This password will be sent by email and therefore may be saved in our logs. We suggest our users change it as soon as possible.

6 - Cookies

We use a technology called "cookies" to adapt the dynamic content provided by our website. Cookies are small files placed on your computer through your web browser (if you allow them) to recognize your computer and browser when you use our service. A unique ID (randomly generated number) is placed inside the cookies by our web servers to store some information.

We do not sell, share, trade or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without your consent.

Third party websites or services linked to KËRKO DOKTOR are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Any connection made through your browser to our servers is encrypted in SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is important to protect your privacy because information travels a long way before reaching our servers. Your information (files, requests, etc.) cannot flow on the way to our servers.

We do not store your credit/debit card details.

Your personal information is stored behind secured systems and is only accessible by a limited number of people with special access to it and is required to keep the information confidential. Servers are managed by KERKO DOKTOR administrators with special credentials only during maintenance or other issues. During these interventions, the activities/commands will be recorded in order to guarantee a safe and transparent process.

11 - Editing your content

Our Service allows you to change or modify previously provided information. To maintain a professional and appropriate content, some information requires manual control by our operators (Example: avatars).
